About Minnie
Minnie is passionate about helping her clients feel great not just when they leave the salon, but every day after. With six years behind the chair, she focuses on hair health and integrity, creating styles that are both beautiful and easy to maintain. Whether she’s blending natural greys or working on a subtle shift, her approach is always thoughtful and attentive. Clients often describe her as creative and curious, and she loves finding unexpected ways to bring their vision to life. Outside the salon, Minnie finds joy in hiking, yoga, painting, music, and traveling to new places.
After spending nearly 10 years at Phia, Minnie is excited to offer her clients a similar, upscale, luxury experience at a Victorian era salon space, located in Old Towne East, as an independent location of Phia. Expect the same standard with grace and flare.

What to Expect from a Phia Concepts Designated Professional
Phia Concepts offers designations for our professionals to reflect their alignment with our high standards. These levels help you make informed decisions when selecting a service provider.
Certified professionals have completed a minimum of a full year of PHIA core education or equivalent and commit to delivering our signature standards: Personalized Service, a Holistic Approach, an Informed Experience, and Assured Solutions.
Endorsed Professionals have completed all core classes or equivalent, are fully trained in our standards, and prioritize clear client communication.
Professionals with the Trained designation have completed at least six of our core classes or equivalent, and are familiar with our standards.
While we are not directly accountable for the work of our Designated Professionals (for that level of assurance, visit a partner salon or the original Phia location), we are confident in their ability to deliver high-quality services and results.
