After becoming a partner in two of our salons and serving as Creative Director for all, Annah took the next step by launching the first Phia Certified independent location in Grove City. The Phia Certified designation ensures you’ll receive the same Personalized Service, Holistic Approach, Informed Experience, and Assured Solutions as our Partner salons.

More About Annah
After spending 10 years in NYC, Annah returned “home” to Columbus to begin her career here. Initially specializing in curly hair, she quickly realized that the techniques she mastered for curly hair could be applied to enhance all cuts. This insight inspired her to develop innovative hair sculpting methods designed to accentuate texture and movement.
In addition to her cutting expertise, Annah excels in all areas of color, with a special passion for corrective color work.

What to Expect from a Phia Concepts Designated Professional
Phia Concepts offers designations for our professionals to reflect their alignment with our high standards. These levels help you make informed decisions when selecting a service provider.
Certified professionals have completed a minimum of a full year of PHIA core education or equivalent and commit to delivering our signature standards: Personalized Service, a Holistic Approach, an Informed Experience, and Assured Solutions.
Endorsed Professionals have completed all core classes or equivalent, are fully trained in our standards, and prioritize clear client communication.
Professionals with the Trained designation have completed at least six of our core classes or equivalent, and are familiar with our standards.
While we are not directly accountable for the work of our Designated Professionals (for that level of assurance, visit a partner salon or the original Phia location), we are confident in their ability to deliver high-quality services and results.
