Reagan is passionate about helping clients reclaim their confidence and express their identity through hair. She believes that great hairstyling begins with trust and a genuine connection—and loves building lasting relationships with the guests in her chair. Her philosophy toward hair is simple: aligning someone’s outer appearance with their inner self. One of her proudest moments was guiding a client through a multi-appointment transformation to lift years of box dye and achieve a bright, healthy blonde—all while maintaining her length.
Known for her bright energy, strategic thinking, and creativity, Reagan enjoys trying new techniques and keeping up with the latest trends. Outside the salon, she’s usually spending time with her French bulldog, Murph, catching a concert, or planning her next travel adventure with friends.

Understanding Our Stylist Levels
Our stylist level system reflects the care, intention, and artistry we bring to every guest experience. Every stylist on our team is a licensed professional, and each level represents a combination of education, hands-on skill, and advanced training.
- Our Phresh Talent stylists (0.1 to 0.3) are artists who are newest to the industry, licensed professionals beginning to shape their craft and deepen their technical foundation.
- Stylists progress through Levels 1.0 to 7.3, supported by a flexible development approach through Vitality Academy for Salon Arts that adapts to each stylist’s strengths, goals, and pace.
- Each level represents refinement through advanced education, specialty training, and the real-world experience gained behind the chair.
Our approach to both education and services is collaborative. Lower-level stylists regularly shadow, consult with, and learn from our senior artists, who bring years of refined expertise to the space. This shared approach means every guest benefits from the collective wisdom of the entire team, not just the stylist they book with, and every lower-level stylist benefits from support and education from experienced team members.
