- To be welcomed into an upscale yet down-to-earth environment
–>Please let us know if you are not promptly and warmly greeted.
- To be in communication with your service provider before, during, and after your visit
–>Please let us know if you have any trouble communicating with your service provider.
- To inspire us with photos, images, and textures
–>Feel free to text or bring in whatever inspires you.
- For us to respect your time limitations
–>Please let us know if your service begins more than 5 minutes after scheduled time or if we need to meet a specific service timeframe.
- To a Complimentary Optional Moment of Pampering (COMP) to center your being with every designer hair cut or color service
–>Choose between a Hand/Arm Massage, a Scalp/Shoulder Massage, a Mini-Facial, or anything else with a (gift) icon on our menu.
- To learn about retail products that enhance your look or your life
–>We don’t want you to purchase anything you don’t need. Let us know if you want us to try to work with the products you have at home!
- To a thorough consultation where you can be completely candid
–>Please let us know about time or budget limitations, goals, desires, frustrations or concerns.
- To a written plan including expected outcomes, a time estimate, and price quote
–>This plan forms the agreement for your service, please read it carefully!!!
- To a complimentary adjustment within 10 days of service if expected outcome on plan is not delivered
–>The outcomes we commit to are guaranteed. Please contact us immediately if anything is not perfect based on your plan.
- To be educated on the care and styling of your new cut and/or color
–>We will let you know what you need to care for and style your hair and how to use the tools or products we recommend.
- To pre-book your next visit at the time of service
–>if you want a specific day/time or a specific stylist, please pre-book, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your preference.
- To communicate any experience, thoughts or suggestions after your visit
–>We love online reviews and if you have any concerns, you can reach us at guestservices@phiaconcepts.com or communicate with your stylist directly.
- To find your perfect service provider match
–>Every service provider will suggest alternate professionals anytime upon request. Feel free to try us all!
Cancellations
Thank you for providing notice of cancellation sufficient for us to make alternate arrangements for the time of your service! With 72-hour notice we are able to book your next appointment with no cancellation premium! Cancellation fees depend on the notice provided and the type of appointment.
Standard Appointments
Cancellation timeframe Cancellation fee
- 49 to 72-hour notice –> $10.00 or half the price of the booked service, whichever is less
- 25 to 48-hour notice –> $20.00 or half the price of the booked service, whichever is less
- 13 to 24-hour notice –> $30.00 or half the price of the booked service, whichever is less
- 2 to 12-hour notice –> $40.00 or half the price of the booked service, whichever is less
- no-show to 2-hour notice –> $50.00 or half the price of the booked service, whichever is less
Specialty Appointments (which require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the service)

- more than 72-hour notice –> entire deposit may be transferred to rescheduled service
- 25 to 72-hour notice –> forfeit half of deposit, remainder may be transferred to rescheduled service
- no-show to 24-hour notice –> forfeit entire deposit
