Meagan

Meagan has been with Phia salon for two years now. She is passionate about hair and finds her friends referring to her as a hair nerd even when she is outside of her little short north oasis. Her specialties include rich hair colors ranging from deep brunettes to blondes… not forgetting the redheads in between! She enjoys long or short hair and specializes in men’s cuts and pixies. She is a very inspired young artist with a spot in her heart for hairstyling and making sure you look incredible.

Betsy

Betsy loves people! Her dynamic personality and desire for perfection ensure that each of her guests receive a fulfilling salon experience. Betsy appreciates the art of co-creating through her guests input to bring out their personality through hair.  Betsy’s main goal: to make you happy!

Alyssa

Alyssa came to us after spending six years as an Aveda educator.  She has a passion for all hair types and being able to work with the most challenging design objective, and she LOVES creating the most vibrant reds and ”believable blondes”.  Alyssa is high energy, so get ready for an amazing experience.

Sunshine

Sunshine prides herself on her love for education and making the most nervous salon guest feel comfortable. She loves to do it all, but excels at color, curly hair, and updos. Currently, she's working on becoming the in-salon color coach.  She loves natural looks that make people take a second glance.

Ross

Ross has always had an undying passion for hair. With his positive energy and open-mind, he has the ability to get creative with color and design haircuts with the perfect amount of movement and flow. Attention to detail and smooth blow-outs leave his clients with hair they love.

Miriam

Miriam is a senior level stylist and has been working at Phia for over almost three years.

Leigh

Aveda graduate Leigh has styled in Chicago, Phoenix and now Columbus. Leigh is known for her refined customized haircuts and believable hair color.  Leigh’s strength is her ability to update her client’s look, while keeping them in their comfort zone.  She is an expert in all areas of hair color ranging from, ombre highlights, color melting, blondes, brunettes, reds, fashion tones and corrective color. As the group sales director, Leigh also has a passion for styling hair, up styles, and blow outs.  She enjoys creating movement in her long hair clients, and creating shape in her short hair clients.  Her unique range of ability and passion for making people look their best comes through in every service she performs.

Gendala Kelli Anna

Gendala (jen-da-lay) is a proud part-owner and manager of phia salon. Her artistic passion is enriching the lives of the community through appreciating and seeing the beauty in each individual. This passion allows her to get to the root of her client's desired personal expressions and demonstrate that individuality through Hair, Skin and Makeup. Whether the desire is bold, natural or a mix of both, she is dedicated to understanding you, your lifestyle, how you desire to express yourself (or selves-wink!). Sitting in her chair you receive the experience of a dedicated personal artist, a hair/life coach and a student-of-life all in one visit.
