This salon is in the perfect location, the heart of the Short North. It is a relaxed hip environment and very clean! The stylists are friendly and provide personal price consultations so there are no "sticker shock" surprises when you pay for your services. The Aveda products this salon exclusively uses are amazing! I absolutely love the way my hair looks and feels.
I had a full hightlight/weave and bang cut with Rania. She was awesome! She spent about 20 minutes talking and looking at pictures to figure out exactly what I was looking for, then she told me exactly how much it would cost! I never have been to any salon where they tell you the total price before they actually do the work! I was amazed! I also had 2 sensory experiences (hand/arm massage and scalp massage). The little extras are great and I will definitley be back for another visit!! Thanks again Rania!!
All of the staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. I couldn't have asked for better. 
My salon experience exceeded my best expectations! I absolutely loved the hot towel wrap and scalp massage.
The salon was warm an welcoming. The employees were incredibly attentive before my appointment, and my stylist was great. She really listened to what i wanted, and also seemed to be really interested in how my hair came out. It was great! Will be going back for sure.
