Weeks book Saturday to Saturday (can accommodate other check in/out times) . Taking reservations into 2012.  Check in time after 3pm the Saturday beginning your stay, check out before 10am the Saturday ending your stay. (can accommodate other check in/out times) Holiday weeks may have premium charge. Add 10% for all taxes, and $97 cleaning per rental. Also, security deposit of ($500) is required. Security deposit will be returned, less expenses for any damages.

Description – Sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms (upstairs – king bed, downstairs – 2 twins), 2 ½ baths, queen sofa bed, 1400 sq. ft. with vaulted ceiling, loft area, open plan, TV, DVD, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, dining area, washer & dryer, pool is 50 yards, short (5-minute) walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to Coligny shopping area or three-minute car ride to either. Relatively quiet condo complex features multiple pools and rec. facilities such as tennis courts.

Ability to bike anywhere you would need to go on the island. There is a business that rents bikes by the day/week for a reasonable price! This is a great way to save your money on gas and be able to see more of the beautiful scenery that Hilton Head has to offer! Lots of good places to eat on and off the island!!  NO PETS and NO SMOKING in condo.

Included in your rental: dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, bed and bath linens.
